Field Sales Positions at Clinique

Several types of field sales positions are available at Clinique. The Account Executive and Regional Education Executive positions are highlighted below.

Account Executive

The Account Executive is responsible for multiple stores within a territory, working with retail partners to manage sales goals and objectives and ensure the counter staff best represents Clinique. If you have at least 2-3 years retail management experience, this may be an opportunity for you. College degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Regional Education Executive

The Regional Education Executive educates counter staff on product knowledge and skills which are necessary to achieve Clinique standards and sales goals. If you have 2-3 years of retail management experience, the ability to communicate strategic messages and a training/education background, you may qualify for this opportunity. The Counter Manager/Business Manager manages a counter team to achieve daily counter goals. Counter Education Manager/Market Education Manager

The Counter/Market Education Manager works at counter to provide on-going coaching to the counter team. Additionally, the Market Education Manager develops Counter Manager coaching skills. Account Coordinator

The Account Coordinator acts as a liaison between Clinique and the Department Store Management. Responsibilities include coaching Counter Managers to coach and develop their teams to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales goals. This position requires travel to a group of stores.
